[S41] Differential effects of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fat ingestion on glucose-stimulated insulin secretion, sensitivity and clearance in overweight and obese, non-diabetic humans


This study investigates how over 24 hours of exposure to an almost pure monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, or saturated fat drink (every hour) affects insulin sensitivity.
